We needed the rollers replacing on the sliding windows in our rental property (10 sets in all) so contacted Greg’s glass to do the job. Price was very reasonable, and the job was completed on time. After I paid the invoice, I noticed a crack in the lower corner of one of the window panes. I contacted Greg’s glass and they immediately arranged for somebody to come out and replace the windowpane at no extra charge. Good old-fashioned service with excellent after sales care. I am very happy and highly recommend Greg’s glass for your next job.

Don't deserve 1 star rating. Rude and arrogant. Didn't show up for appointment that had been made and confirmed. Tried to blame me for not answering my phone- although they couldn't be bothered to leave a message.
When attempting to re-book the appointment I was rudely told to answer my phone next time! Don"t bother!

Let these idiots into your house at your own risk.
I had Gregs Glass measure (ha!) and replace some old glass windows. The installer that turned up for the first job of the day (@ 11am). One window pane was measured too big so it had to go back, the main panel left only 1mm gap around the frame so the beading didn't fit, he then decided to silicon the beading to the glass... Clearly a professional, he then continued to chip the wall paintwork and scratch the alloy frames with his tools as he went. The black handprints that couldn't be removed were a great touch.
The mess, packing and alloy metal bits was left behind for me to trip over and clean up. To cap it off , the installer removed and then lost the alarm magnet that was attached to one of the old glass panels, so I was thrilled when I could no longer set my house alarm. It was all resolved with a quick call to the cretin in their showroom who accused me of removing the alarm component myself before the glass was removed by them and that actually they never work on houses that have alarm systems! The install bill was extortionate for a few pieces of glass and the call out to the security company to fix the alarm was a further $200.
It was such a great job that when an actual proper professional Glass company in Rockingham installed my shower they were in disbelief when I showed them the quality work done by Gregs Glass, so much so that they said I should have asked for my money back...
Don't let these clowns into your home! (unless of course you want to get it done properly afterwards by real glaziers.)

Two windows in front bedroom they were damaged by storm. The repair had to be authorised by owners. So the delay was not their fault. The job was done quickly and window was cleaned, no hassels.

Over the last two years I've had four windows replaced as they've been broken due to rocks, children and general living wear and tear. When I've had to call them out, they were able to fix my windows, within a day each and were on time each time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable (I had no idea about the glass thickness ratings and that they had changed since we built the house). They took the time to explain that to me. And mostly of all, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost (at least 20% cheaper than anyone else around).
