No one really wants to have to use a panel beater, but when you do, the whole event can be quite unnerving. Not so with SS. They have a large clean yard, Separate tidy offices that cater for both men and women. They explain what they will be doing to your vehicle and are very prompt with their repairs. If there is any delay in the repair job, they will call you and let you know the new time frame.

We have had signage put on all of our vehicles from here. You get to speak with the owner of the store and he sees the job through from beginning to end. We have been explained the process of how the signage is applied and they have been patient with us when we have had to pick up our vehicles part the way through application so we can complete our jobs, even to remoulding the signage back into position to ensure the job is completed properly. They have been patient with us when it came to designing the artwork when we had absolutely no idea what we wanted and changed it when we decided at the last minute that something needed modifying.

We have been using them for the last 10 years and found them to know exactly what we need at tax time to input our returns quickly and effectively. The director has taken numerous calls from us regarding both business and personal finance decisions and has managed to inform us on the possible outcomes of our choices regarding investments. They are a small and friendly practice, and in ten years have absorbed most their cost increases (whereas other companies continually put their prices up yearly), but even with this, they offer complete knowledge in all accounting situations. They can and will block out complete afternoons for more complex issues, and have stayed overtime to finish the job, without charging overtime rates.

We have used Chariot Limousines recently for a dinner. The limo is clean, fresh and comfortable.There are two screens for your entertainment and although due to liquor licencing laws, alcohol can't be drunk in it, we were able to bring non-alcoholic drinks on board. The driver is totally professional, and friendly.

We have used Retro Printing for our printing requirements for the last two years and found them professional and dedicated to quality. For example, the owner was not happy with one batch of cards we had made, so sent them back for reprinting with no expense to us. We received them still within the time we had specified, and were able to hand them out at a networking meeting as planned. They have endeavoured to find the right design to suit our changing business with each subsequent print job placed with them, quite possibly to the point of exasperation! (There have been a few emails sent from us the morning it was going to print, to make a few last minute tweaks!)

Initially, we used Clean Freaks because they were able to detail our vehicle at a very (4 hour) notice on a Saturday. After the service we received at that time, I would use no other company. They have detailed all our vehicles (many times over I might add) and have found them to be extremely dedicated and professional. (One of our vehicles they spent 6 hours detailing to ensure it was perfect). They have also returned with additional products to treat our windows when their normal cleaning products we not strong enough to remove mine water stains. Their costs are great, but in all honestly, call them for their service!

We service three commercial vehicles with them and have found them to go above and beyond when it comes to repairs and supplying of parts. The service our vehicles receives are of first class, and we know that even though the price is competitive with other companies, that not a single thing get overlooked.

I have finally found a child care centre that can accommodate my child with ADD and keep him occupied enough to not become a nuisance. The staff are caring and kind but still retain enough control to help young minds grow and develop their full potential. They have a kindy program with an excellent leader, to help the children merge into schooling better. I am a business owner myself, and need flexibility when it comes to the placement of my children, and the centre director always seems to manage to accomodate my children.

The staff are friendly, courteous, and always accommodating, great to know when you have four children (and a fifth on the way). the Doctors are real family doctors, they are interested in you as a person, not a number and are very thorough. No problem seems to trivial. You can generally pick the time you need for your appointments, you don't need to pre-book an appointment two weeks ahead just to see your chosen Doctor.

Over the last two years I've had four windows replaced as they've been broken due to rocks, children and general living wear and tear. When I've had to call them out, they were able to fix my windows, within a day each and were on time each time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable (I had no idea about the glass thickness ratings and that they had changed since we built the house). They took the time to explain that to me. And mostly of all, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost (at least 20% cheaper than anyone else around).
