I've been to a few Grill'd stores in both Queensland and Victoria, and I've always quite liked them. Now that I live in Hawthorn, I've been down this place a few times recently, and it's probably one of the best I've been to. They do the Grill'd line of burgers and chips justice, and each time the staff have been really friendly and enjoyable. Keep it up guys.

So close and yet so far from fructose-friendly! Gluten-free buns available, which is great, but 9 times out of 10 I request no onions on my burger and get onions. So frustrating! For the price and quality of the ingredients, I expect better.

I know it is a chain restaurant but these guys are a step up on other frills restaurants I have been to.

They ask how the meal is and care about the response. On one occasion I mentioned that it was not up to their usual standards and the manager came out and appologised. They had new staff on and he said they would be better next time and they were.

Best burgers in Melbourne and always satisfied with the portion they give you as well as the thick chips. Very tasty and a lot healthier than McDonalds or Hungry Jacks.

I love the burgers & chips at Grill'd. It is a fantastic business that sells healthier & tastier than usual burgers. The staff are always freindly. No complaints from me!

Excellent quality burgers and chips.A little more expensive than the average burger but the quality is good and they taste "healthier" without any greasiness.

The burgers are a little more expensive here than at some other places, but they are delicious and high quality every time. The music is cool, the staff are cool, and I always leave very full and very satisified!

The first thing that I noticed at Grilld is they employ people for their looks, not abilities. Like Boost. I hate talking to a 'I'm too cool for work' teenager who doesnt' smile and is lip sinking the music. I'm 34 and felt old. I wanted to yell out - "dude, its just a Burger Shop". Burgers are average. I much prefer Burger Edge which tends to employ more mature professional looking staff.

Approximate cost: $12

Totally agree - the attitude from these staff - and Boost for that matter - is terrible.
