Physiotherapists Leanne Scown and Elise Fraser know their stuff when it comes to Joint Hypermobility Syndrome/HEDS and under their care and tutelage I have actually started to improve for the first time in *years*.

Delicious Japanese street food and excellent service. Particularly like their Okonomiyaki! They also have delicious-looking crêpes and adorably nerdy décor.

So close and yet so far from fructose-friendly! Gluten-free buns available, which is great, but 9 times out of 10 I request no onions on my burger and get onions. So frustrating! For the price and quality of the ingredients, I expect better.
Got an appointment pretty quickly from the time of making the appointment. The hand therapists are all either Occupational Therapists or Physios, so you can get a rebate if you have private health insurance with extras cover. The hand therapist I saw was very thorough and really listened and my first appointment went for over an hour. The brace that they sold me has been amazing and for once I have been fitted properly! I have also been organised to have hand hydrotherapy and given exercises to do at home.
I love the food here, and they are great at modifying a whole range of dishes to make them fructose-friendly. Have eaten here with vegetarians, omnivores and fish-lovers plenty of times and there is always something for everyone to enjoy.

Fabulous range of delicious and healthy burritos, easily made wheat free and/or fructose-friendly if you choose the burrito in a bowl" option. Not the cheapest, but excellent quality and wonderful friendly service. And the Mexican soda is a plus!

Have had excellent myotherapy (remedial massage including myofascial dry needling) and osteopathic treatment from several different staff members at Beyond. The Clinical Pilates program is also great, if quite full.
