I have our 3-bed unit cleaned weekly. GSR staff are courteous, punctual and very thorough. I get an email confirmation of the booking on the day prior, and it's super easy to pay too - you can even use PayPal! I've used other cleaning services before and they don't compare at all. If you're looking for a cleaner, this is it!

I have recommended them to many of my contacts and will continue to do so. I'm not sure of the cost per hour but I know my large house comes to $150 when they clean it top to bottom.

Ash is a very hard working,professional and dedicated guy. I will not hesitate in using him for future cleaning purpose or recommending him to my friends and family.

The work i had done was carpet steam cleaning (Pre-treaters, steam cleaning and anti-bacterial deodorising). When you get carpet steam cleaning, all these steps are included in the price as they do it as part of the standard service and there are no suprises with the fees when they come out. (They did give an approximate minimum and maximum for a rough quote after i described them the size of my place and the work required)

I found this business on WOMOW, the call centre people were friendly and i was able to get a next day appointment. They explained the process over the phone and answered all my questions, i felt confident in their service before they arrived.

The technician, Ash was on time, he was very polite and had a professional attitude. I told him i wanted to freshen up the carpets for my routine inspection coming up and give them a nice deep clean.

I believe he performed really well, the carpets do look cleaner. He even moved around furniture and did underneath surfaces too. He was unrushed and paid attention to detail. When i thought he was packing up, he came back to mop up water that was spilt on the tiles (most cleaners leave tiles dirty or wet following a carpet clean).

I will definitely hire them again, I am actually very glad i finally found a professional company who do good job at affordable rates. Thank you Ash and GSR Cleaning Services!
