Im not one to usally give a bad review but this place is disgusting. The lady that service was horrible. We took our 3 year old in to get a hair cut while on holidays in geelong and after explaining to her what we wanted she pretty much did the oposite and shaved one side of my sons hair. When i told her to stop and said that is not what we wanted she yelled at me in front of everybody telling me that is exactly what i told her to do, and she kept yelling while cutting my sons hair. We had to take my son to another hair dresser when we got home as she stuffed his gair and he was so scared thinking it was going to hurt again. So if you are going to this shop make sure u state clearly what you want done.

I really enjoyed getting my hair done by the girls at the Waurn ponds store all the girls where so helpful. I loved my hair when they had finished would always go back to them to do my hair. Thanks heaps

the girls at waurn ponds are amazing and thankyou all so much for my beautiful foils. my experience was fantastic and i will continue to return to there salon. they explained products to me and i left with new shampoo and treatment. i think next visit i will buy the ghd it left my hair like silk!! cant wait to see you all again
