left my pet here overnight she had not been toileted I picked her up to find her lying in urine in a tiny cage. she was trembling and terrified. I will never leave her here again but as it was an emergency I had no other choice.

My beautiful kelpie Tilly, developed kidney failure quite suddenly several years ago, the original treating vet was really good but when it became obvious that we had to do the kindest and saddest thing for her, the other vet actually came out to our car which was parked out the back! I was in the back seat cradling her in my arms- he gave her a needle, and that was it!- no words of comfort- he did not even tell us that she would of course lose her body fluids when she died. I will never go back to that vet clinic again and every time I pass by it, as it is on a busy road, I feel so sad for my beloved Tilly. I am sure that the vet I usually saw would be very upset at the way my pet and I were treated on that day, BUT there is no going back to that clinic ever.

My dog was so healthy, then she needed her teeth ck=leaned, Got a call to say her blood tests showed kidney probs, finally showed she had 1 kidney. Original vet was so good. After a few weeks of special diet etc it was obvious my beautiful dog was in pain- rang clinic, was told to park out back. Another vet came out, just gave her an injection, I was holding her in the back seat- he did not utter any words of comfort, he did not tell us that she would pass her urine when she went, nothing! I am still so sad to this day. I will never go back to this clinic although I know my original vet would not have done it this way. She was more than a pet to me, I spent a lot of money at this vet clinic to ensure she was healthy, she was a poor abused rescue dog when I bought her, we lo0ved her so, and her demise should have been a bit better than what we received from this clinic.
I hope they read this.

I took my sick pet into the vet and was disappointed by the service the vet provided. The ladies working the front desk were amazing but the vet was very junior and sent me home with a sick pet and an inadequate medical review. And I had to pay full price for her to say she didn't know what was wrong! She was very nice, but needs a few more years in the field. It's a good thing the employees are so friendly and are genuine animal lovers because if they were relaying on their experience the place would be shut  The good news is, I took my pet elsewhere and got appropriate assistance.

These guys were our family vets for the last 3 years until our old Boxer/ridge back died at age 17. They always treated her with the utmost kindness and gave her treats. They have a really good team, and provide a great service. they were very kind and understanding when Cadillac died, and made it as easy as could be expected.
