They are really proefession, the customer service is kind and not pressuring. They are accomodating for any budget and offer a great service. Their catalouges are really funny to read through, they offer a great range of items and hampers. They have done a great job.
Excellent Customer Service and product range. Love the new catelogue. Can't wait for my order. So much better than Chrisco or Castle Hampers. i was a Chrisco customer but their services is appalling and also my money goes overseas unlike Hamper King which is an Australian owned company.
Chrisco is a NEW Zealand based company........and ALL their products are australian, as are their staff... just like Hamper king and Castle.... Hamper king this year have let down a lot of people.... items not delivered on time or never delivered at all... people have taken days off work to wait for a delivery that never happened...... only to have the items delivered a week later, if out being notified of a new delivery date.. some people were just lucky to be home when the truck turned up..
Have ordered through this company since it existed 2 years ago. Very comparable rates compared to the two existing companies. Different brands used, and smaller hampers available than some of the other companies.
