My two dogs have stayed at Hanrob Heathcote multiple times throughout the past 5 years and I have always felt completely at peace knowing they are very well looked after and even have a holiday of their own.
The Hanrob team are so lovely and accomodating, always happy to give updates on how the dogs are going.
I've found them flexible and very caring which means the world to me!

We have used Hanrob Heathcote on 3 separate occasions now and Charlie our 3 y.o. Labrador has had a wonderful experience. He comes back in great shape, with a wonderful clean coat and a very happy disposition (from all of the social interaction he gets!). The service is great, including the pick up and return to our local vet and we can go away knowing that Charlie is being cared for in a great environment. - Peace of mind!

My dog Bella was looked after like the princess she is. The staff instantly understood her needs and that meant she has enjoyed her stays at Duffys Forest every time - so much so that she like to take that last longing look as she leaves!! We will be back again and again!

Handrob Pet Hotels came highly recommended to me via word of mouth and i indorse those sentiments after my poodle/maltese cross Mattie stayed there recently. Booking, drop off and pick up were made easy by the courteous staff members my dog returned healthy and happy i could tell he had been well looked after by the way he behaved. His report card was a welcome insight into his holiday at Hanrob Heathcote.

My cats have been going to Hanrob since they were kittens. My previous cat was being looked after by a neighbour and he ran into some trouble that took his life. At Hanrob I know they are safe and carefully monitored for health and happiness. Hanrob's communications with clients are a strength. Staff are informative and helpful on the phone, I am notified it there have been any health problems, and I love the little report cards which tell me what my cats enjoyed doing while they were at Hanrob.

Boris has returned looking very healthy and happy. He seems to be less aloof and friendlier towards people and other animals since his holiday at Hanrob.

With six visits to Hanrob over two dogs no problems whatsoever from phone book-in to collection. Extremely professional and spot on presentation. I'm sure my GSP loves the place. Can't speak highly enough.

You can always tell when your pets like visiting a certain place. They leap out of the car and run to the front door, tails wagging madly, waiting to get inside. This was the second stay for Georgie and Guiness, our two Labradors, at Hanrob Sydney Airport. When we went to collect them, they were happy and we could tell they had been well looked after. Georgie and Guiness are looking forward to their next stay! Thanks to the team at Hanrob Sydney Airport - Just keep doing what you are doing!!

Our dog Billi (a Lhasa/Bichon cross) always returns from Hanrob Heathcote happy and calm. She has a hypoallergenic diet and the staff ensure she gets the special wet and dry food we provide. The pet shuttle service is terrific and we always use it to get Billi to and from Heathcote. Having used Hanrob Heathcote over many years to board our dogs, I highly recommend it.
