Dax and Jazz, our cavoodles love it here, we have used them at least 3 times now. I do spoil them with the luxury accommodation option and they are always returned happy and healthy. I recommend the grooming option - it makes them smell beautiful and look adorable. The staff play with the pets and have their personalities worked out from day one.

Our cat Chickipea has had three holidays at Heathcote. Afterwards he is always happy, chatty and well groomed- I reckon he must have a lot of fun. The pick up and drop off service is a wonderful convenience, too. Thank you for your lovely care of our furry son.

We are more than happy to leave our Yorky Russel Pomeranian dog Ruffy in the care of Hanrob at Heathcote, knowing our little boy is safe & well cared for by the excellent staff. It makes going away so much easier!

Yes I would recommend Hanrobs at Heathcote. Our Labrador seemed to have a great time. She was nice and fresh at pickup. Drop off and pickup efficient and friendly.

This place has been amazing for our beautiful babies. They are well looked after and we are always well informed during their stay. The staff have a genuine love for animals and it shows. Great selection of extra activities too. All of this means we can relax in the knowledge that they are happy and loved!

It's a fabulous service. My rather anxious dog comes back from Hanrob healthy and relaxed - I can just tell he's been well looked after and that he's been treated with kindness. The little report cards capture his personality well so I can tell that the carers there are focused on him.
The pickup and drop-off service is efficient and means I can get Charlie off to Hanrob without a huge fuss. And I've compared prices and the value for money is excellent.

Although our little Buddy suffers from separation anxiety when he’s away from us he is very well cared for and loved by the great staff at heathcote. They are very welcoming and efficient and obviously animal lovers. I have no hesitation in providing recommendations.

The staff are wonderful & nothing is a problem. Love the courtesy drop off & pick up, the social media posts & the way you can keep in touch. They even come home with a report card!

Pete loves his stays at Hanrob. He goes on bush walks and plays with the staff and has a fantastic time. He is treated like a real star. He is taken care of just like he is one of the family.
