Quality of service has dropped, long wait to get seen when you get there and not very flexible. Always late to get seen. Not sure if they don't have enough staff.
Have seen others that would go above and beyond, wouldn't recommend.
Absolutely positive experience. My family and I have been coming here for many many years,very patient with difficult clients. We feel confident about the dental care we have been given.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Unfortunately, we have encountered some technical issues which have taken several visits by service technicians to figure out the problem.
We are also heavily booked out for a long period. However, we always do our best to cater for emergencies and urgent care. Our patients are our utmost priority and we believe in service from the heart.
As for staff, we avoid having sick staff at work and may be understaffed occasionally.
