I joined this gym about 6 months ago. There are so many classes which I enjoyed but sometimes way too busy especially in the changing room but overall it's a good gym. :)

I joined the club for a month via groupon, and it is just so great to have so many classes that you can try. I tried the Zumba, yoga, power yoga, belly dance, hip hop dance. The instructors are all very nice, however, if you go for the evening class, it could be very crowded, as it is very popular--everyone loves it. For some class, you will need to book, because of my trial membership, it is always fully booked. :(
Also be prepared for a hard sell, it also depends on your luck, my friend got a lot of phone calls from the sales, while I don't have any.

Hard Candy has been recently refurbished, it seems. I attended for a free trial of the yoga lessons, which was fantastic and relaxing. Rooms are large and spacious, with floor length mirrors as necessary. Yoga room had some aromatherapy going on. (Though at least one of the rooms did have two pillars instead of a clear space across the floor..couldn't be helped, I guess.) Facilities are beautiful and the decor modern, with red, black and white being primary colours.

Gym is large and well-equipped, with little monitors offering Foxtel for certain machines. Wide range of classes that sound interesting.

As I mentioned, I think they're somewhat new so the site has an offer for a free class. (Enter your details under 'Be Our Guest', or give them a call) Be prepared for a hard sell and consultation of over an hour. Nice people, but a hard sell is a hard sell. :P

Their normal membership value runs hundreds in joining fee and about $30++ a week ongoing (can't really remember), though you may be able to negotiate for a better deal.
