On Monday 18th September 2023 I purchased this on eBay for $59.90 so my Mum can use it with the Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF that I built her. Also I paid for Express Post but it came on Wednesday 20th September 2023 instead of Tuesday 19th September 2023 due to being sorted incorrectly.

I made a purchase via Catch. Happy with the product and price but just after 12 months the product broke.
I contacted Catch who raised the issue with Harris Technology and Harris Technology simply ignored Catch's emails.
As such I now need to go via Consumer Affairs which is just a pain for me.

I ordered an iPad case online for pickup at Officeworks - the item was ready for pickup in a couple of days, they sent me emails and texts to track my order and it was exactly as described and an amazing bargain. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Purchased a number of items at HT over the years (both pre- and post- Harvey Norman purchase of the company). They never seem to let the standards slip as far as professionalism, product knowledge and fairly sharp pricing. There are cheaper out there (MSY etc), however for a balance of knowledge and helpfulness to go with the pricing, HT are right up there. Particularly happy with their recommendation of a Netgear 4-bay NAS for my office, has been running as well as they said it would and the added functionality in it was just what we needed.

I purchased a Toshiba laptop off them in Nov 2008, they had fast (delivery 2days) i have not had any problems with it over the 20 mths i have had it, i have purchased several items off them since, my last purchase was a hp colour laser printer for $300 when at hp it sold for $599 so i dont know how they could sell it for 1/2 price, again i have not had any problems with it, i will deal with them again

I went to the Tuggerah store. they were very helpful and ok with their pricing. they explained what was going wrong with my computer and gave me advice on fixing it myself to save on costs.

I bought my Notebook computer and universal car charger plus and carry bag for a very good price after checking many other suppliers. Quick emails back and even phone calls, they have also asigned me an account manager and the delivery arrived promptly. Very happy.
