Very disappointed with service here. Ordered a corner suite and 3 1/2 weeks later when it was delivered it had been made incorrectly. Then took another 7 weeks to get the replacement delivered. We had already sold our existing couch so staff told us we could use the incorrect one until the replacement came. Then when we went into store to make sure it was ordered correctly the 2nd time the staff member was extremely rude to us because we were using the couch.

I purchase a camera before Christmas which was $20 cheaper than the rivals along with a camera case and memory card.
The staff were bending over backwards to help me and displayed a cheerful disposition .On Christmas day my daughter informed me that the memory card was the wrong one ,so I rang the store boxing day explaining the problem and that I had misplaced the receipt and they said no worries come in and we will print you out another one and get me the right memory card.When I got there the place was packed but I was served within 5 to 7 minutes, the staff member sorted everything out and waited with me in line at the purchasing desk to exchange the product.I ended up paying an extra $10 dollars for the memory card but with boxing day specials was marked $10 dollars cheaper so instead of paying $20 extra I only paid $10..I would not hesitate to shop the again. It was the BEST customer service experience I have had in years.
