We've bought heaps of electrical stuff here and we love the interest free terms, as long as you pay off the full amount by the due date. We've always had good service, without being hounded. Once we bought a heap of stuff and were given an extra component by mistake. We took it back as soon as we noticed and the staff were very appreciative. Sound and vision staff know about their products.

I purchased some tables from the store. I made it clear that I didn't want display stock. When I went to fetch them, they had no wrapping and had marks and writing all over them. I was not happy to accept the goods like this or risk transporting them without any form of protection back to my residence. When I spoke to the head of the furniture salesmen, he was extremely rude to me. He actually raised his voice, accused me of using this as an excuse because he felt I'd changed my mind about the product and refused a refund or credit on another product. I have never been spoken like that as a customer before, and was particularly unimpressed given I am eight months pregnant and have bought many thousands of dollars of products from this store over the past couple of years. I can honestly say I've spent my last dollar there. No customer deserves to be spoken to in that mannner.

The staff at Harvey Norman in Joondalup were very impressive... it is very rare that we will visit any other store for furniture / electrical as the service and prices at Harvey Norman are second to none

Service at Harvey Norman was great! I was approached almost straight away and asked if I needed any help. The staff were very helpful and knew the products. I bought a lot of stuff and a decent discount was given.

The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. He offered a great deal on a TV, so we were hooked. Our experience with Harvey Normans has always been better than many others.
