Pathetic customer service and rude behavior of staff. Even the warehouse manager JEFF and representative name TONY has a rude behavior. I will never ever buy any stuff from that branch specially. If a manager and representative have a rude behavior there, then one can expect staff should have the same attitude towards the customers.

When i was in this store the other day they had some specials on some school products.like lap top cases ,headphones .the staff were nice and friendly and the shop was well set out.

great place to look at bedding before buying elsewhere.friendly staff and very helpful.i received a discount.i was very happy.

You can never find any staff to help you with anything in this store. The customer service is terrible.

I recently purchased a new laptop from this store. The one I wanted was'nt available and the salesman offered me another one at a much higher price. The one I wanted was $849, the one he was offering was $1300 bur said he would let me have it for $1000, he added all sorts of freebies such as a surge protector, a norton anti virus protection and a couple of other things, all of which I already had. He informed my Trend Micro anti virus protection was not compatible with windows 7, he was wrong. A few days after my purchase I saw the same laptop in another of their stores for $749. I called the Liverpool store and they agreed I had been overcharged. Not an overall happy experience for me but they did reimburse the $251 I was overcharged. Had I not said anything or noticed the difference in the price I would have paid $1000 for an item priced at $749.

The visit was satisfactory, the service could of been better. it took me forever to find what i was looking for, and only when i did, did anyone offer to help. The value for money thou, could of been better.

It is a good store -
