Service here was poor compared to other harvey normans i been to . was waiting for staff at the computer section but no one attended me but instead i just walked around having to find the product that i needed.

I was blown away with the service I received recently from the bedding department. Sales assistant was very helpful, advised what would suit us best and even advised other options that where in a different price range. Sale was suited to our needs, not the need of the business to sell anything for as big a price as possible.
