Marion Harvey Norman tech staff at the counter are very helpful and kind. They patiently fixed my Gmail account problems of my mobile . I really appreciate their helps which happened not one time, twice in the period of 6 months .

I have been shopping at Harvey's Marion for many years. I have purchased a number of TVs and home theatre systems. 4 years ago I purchased a $7k TV that developed a fault.
The TV was out of warranty however Igor obtained a credit and a replacement TV.
Outstanding.

I have never been happy with a Harvey Norman experience. Their cash register/receipt process always seems so amateurish, I have never found customer service to be good and there is absolutely no atmosphere in their store.

Very good service, and very good prices if you are buying a lot of things and know how to hagle. Most importantly when they made a mistake, they went above and beyond to fix it. They had accidently told me they install dishwashers but the guy meant washing-machines, they called, appolagised and beyond that offered to pay someone to come and install it and when I had told them I had already installed it they gave me a voucher for the price of the instalation any way.
I have goten all my white goods and appliances from them and have been impressed with their prices and services, especially this Marion branch

VEry good services due to many sales staff. Always find electronic products on discounts and with reasonable price. All products demonstrated very nicely and easy to access.

Excellent experience, staff where very helpful and did not have to wait very long for help, products also very good and have had no problems with products.
