I went in there just before Xmas wanting to buy a replacement camera. The guy that served me was so arrogant and unhelpful and didn't have much knowledge in helping me make a decision on which camera to buy. He couldn't be bothered even trying to sell me anything so I just walked out and went to another store and for a better price.
Approximate cost: $400
harvey normans have great friendly helpful staff but prices too high can buy from other stores same item for at least 100-300 cheaper not much of brand selection in store
