It is crucial to bring attention to this isolated incident and push for necessary changes to eliminate such conduct. The purpose of this review is to address my negative experience with Gopal K and Lianne R, whose names I had to retrieve from my receipts since Lianne declined to provide her name when requested. Moreover, she also refused to provide me with the contact information for the head office, despite my explicit intention of offering feedback.

Drawing from my own experience working in retail, I have no reservations about sharing head office contact details if I am confident in my performance and service. Lianne's hesitancy raises concerns about accountability and transparency within this establishment. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to have access to a proper feedback channel.

Regrettably, my interaction with Gopal K was marked by extreme unprofessionalism and a complete lack of customer service skills. Within mere moments of our interaction, he raised his voice and proceeded to verbally abuse me without making any effort to gather relevant details. Shockingly, this disturbing behavior occurred in front of my three-year-old child. I am thoroughly appalled by this incident, and as a result, I have decided that I will never return to this store.

By sharing this review, I hope to raise awareness about the unacceptable conduct exhibited by Gopal K and Lianne R, emphasizing the need for prompt and appropriate action to be taken. It is my sincere desire that this incident serves as a catalyst for positive change within this establishment.

The service in this store is non-existent. I don't know if they are understaffed or not, but the staff they have on do not deserve to have a job or should at least be trained sufficiently to acknowledge a customer if they come within 2 metres, instead of looking at you and walking off. This business deserves to go down the tubes. I have always disliked going there for this reason and I will definetely not go back out of principal !!!

Great service. They are always willing to haggle prices :) They are very competitive on price - I found an electric mixer at Myer that was advertised at a cheaper price, so Harvey Norman gave me a cheaper price and extra warranty.

great service friendly staff that know there product . very helpful when it comes to video cameras. And at great price with some good discounts.

I haven't bought anything from the store because everytime I walk in and get a price, I can get it cheaper elsewhere and I have bought a lot of electrical goods.

Bought my chaise lounge 4 yrs ago with 5 yr warranty @ premium price. Cushions collapsed after 3 months, warranty guy said I had to plump them everyday...not a fault. Decided to complain again on 23 Feb 2010. After all that time I finally had new inserts installed on May 25 & it looks great, noe with a superior filling! Taken a long time but I'm glad I persisted. I should have been more onto it in the beginning.
