I feel compelled to leave this review as it is my firm belief that businesses engaging in such behavior should be held accountable. It is crucial to bring attention to this isolated incident and push for necessary changes to eliminate such conduct. The purpose of this review is to address my negative experience with Gopal K and Lianne R, whose names I had to retrieve from my receipts since Lianne declined to provide her name when requested. Moreover, she also refused to provide me with the contact information for the head office, despite my explicit intention of offering feedback.

Drawing from my own experience working in retail, I have no reservations about sharing head office contact details if I am confident in my performance and service. Lianne's hesitancy raises concerns about accountability and transparency within this establishment. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to have access to a proper feedback channel.

Regrettably, my interaction with Gopal K was marked by extreme unprofessionalism and a complete lack of customer service skills. Within mere moments of our interaction, he raised his voice and proceeded to verbally abuse me without making any effort to gather relevant details. Shockingly, this disturbing behavior occurred in front of my three-year-old child. I am thoroughly appalled by this incident, and as a result, I have decided that I will never return to this store.
