So I have spent a fair amount of time here recently. We bought a TV yesterday & Garlong who served us, was so very good. He was so knowledgeable & not one of those salespeople who rushes you. I wish more salesmen were like him. We usually ask for Elle when we go there as she is so lovely & she helped me with my dryer when I needed one a few months ago. We then returned to her when we bought a washing machine. We had spent about an hour at The Good Guys down the road looking at the washing machines before going up to Harvey Norman. The majority of the washing machines at Harvey Norman were AT LEAST $100 more expensive than at The Good Guys. They do price match however, but I was still very shocked with some of the really huge price differences.
Their delivery people are sometimes a little rushed & are not very careful with the walls (most tradies I have had in the home recently have scratched up my newly painted walls, & a couple of times these blokes did the same). There are a couple of salespeople who I wasn't to fussed on in the store but if Garlong & Elle are anything to go on, BEST service in the Illawarra!!!!

I was very impressed by the price and also customer service of the Warrawong store. They were more than happy to assist, negotiate a price straight away - no hesitations - just the best price they could do. No time wasting. A+ Thank you.

Some staff know what they are doing. Was very disappointed that the person serving me did not know the product, how it works, how to help me. Got given incorrect information and then got lied to. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Very disappointed overall as previous staff members were more helpful and knew the product.

The sales, when the have them, are usually very good. Although the service isn't great, while the staff are friendly and helpful, they use a lot of pressure when browsing through goods. Although the range is good, and the prices are competitive, the service needs to be a little more relaxed.

Prices not as competitive as their rivals. I had walked in for a browse during a few weekend/year-end sale period, but seldom find any offer good enough. Because their normal prices are way higher than others, even their sale offers is more costly than a normal priced same item from another store.

We have bought a fair bit from Harvey Norman at Warrawong. We always get a great deal and are able to negotiate a good price. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Special mention for Malcolm's good work in the TV dept.

it is a good experience shopping at harvey norman,the customer service is great ,the people know their products;however sometimes the buyer needs a little space.

Courteous and informative and helpfull.The interest free term was fantastic.The product bought was in stock at their convenient warehouse.

every thing about this store was average including the service, quality, value and overall rating. most times the staff are too busy to help with little things such as 'where are the laptops?'
