I have bought most of my electrical stuff from this store, although sometimes getting someone to help can take a while. I feel they are a bit understaffed. But once you do get help they all seem to go above and beyond the call of duty. Overall pretty happy with this store and will definitely buy from them again.

Always find staff good here, last experence was for a printer. They were able to match price from another retailer, no worries. And was very informative on different things able to be done on it. Staff are always keen , but not pushy

Bought Lounge Suite - delivered on time, on the day - when delivery truck hit my letter box, Harvey Norman staff assisted in recovering costs of replacement letter box from the sub-contracted delivery driver. Lounge is excellent - very happy!
