Kerryn was a star to deal with. Not only did i buy my house from her but then sold it 12 montgs later getting more than my asking price. My house did not even hit the market b4 it was sold. Through the whole process Kerryn kept us informed and kept regular contact. I have just now purchased my second home through Kerryn and cannot recomend her highly enough

Have called 3 times they refuse to call back. Have done this previously, when finally got hold of someone the property was under offer, when asked why they don't put this on the ad, save us making 6 phone calls, he said just in case it fell through was to much effort to take off. Lazy, hopeless and completely incompetent.

Having used Hayden Real Estate South Yarra, Melbourne as my letting agent for 3 years it was a natural easy step to use their services to sell my home.
I would like to commend Jonathan for his professionalism in the sale of my home. Jonathan was willing to meet with me late in the evening one Sunday to view my house and explain the entire sales process. I felt at ease and felt like I had finally found a estate agent I could trust.

The service that My husband and I have received from Hayden's Realestate has been exceptional. They have recently found us a beautiful home to rent as our previous rental had issues. Not good to rent through had many difficulties with mould which made my family sick and they would do nothing about it. House was over priced and badly in need of repair.

We bought through these agents a few years ago.

The agent was incredibly cunning and manipulative and we sensed he was only rewarded by the agency for this behaviour.

We have since sold three properties in Ballarat through different agencies and have even driven past houses that we thought we might like but havent even shortlisted them so as to aviod dealing with hayden real estate.

Cant actually believe they are still in business

We were wanting to look at a couple of houses they were selling but in the end gave up because the agent kept giving us the run around and wanted to spend half an hour talking about my house when all I wanted to do was look at one they had for sale. They are the worst agents I have dealt with.

Do not use these agents. They are just as dodgy as any other agent despite the fact they advertise as being 'different'. They are underhanded, slack and will tell you all sorts of lies to get you to list with them. While they say they do not charge you for advertising, what they fail to tell you is they don't actually advertise at all (except for the internet).

They will blame anything else but themselves for not being able to sell your property. My house was sold in 2 days with another agent but was left hanging with Haydens for many months before I changed agents.

Stay away!

Always so helpful with every enquiry I have. As a seller and investor they are great to deal with and always keep you up to date with information.

Sometimes things are done without first asking you as the property owner but that is part and parcel with leasing I guess.

We have been dealing with them to sell a property of ours and also use them for a rental property. They have followed up on both tasks exceptionally well and we are now getting good rent for the property and look to be selling it too. We have only just paid the finders fee for our rental and have not yet paid a cent for the property on the market, like promised, nothing to pay until happily sold. There sale fees make up for the lack of fees to be paid for marketing and advertising of a property, but if you are in no rush to sell, it's a great way to hold onto your money and save in the lead up to a sale.

The service Hayden's gave me when we were buying our house was great. They even offer post-settlement help such as a handyman to come a fix things if needed. This is available for however long you are in the house.

Bought a house through Haydens and the sales lady that I had was wonderful. She could not do enough for us before, during and after the sale.
