I have been an RACV customer for over ten years now and made a claim this year. My car has been out of action now for over three months and in the beginning when I would speak to someone about it I was told I would be contacted in a couple of days, but after waiting two weeks I called them back and again the same thing happened. Eventually after contacting them again I was told the claim was rejected so I said I wanted to dispute it and was told I would need to wait for the full report to come in the mail, which I did, then rang them again to say I wanted to dispute the claim, at which point they sent me an email saying the would assign a case manager who would review the case and hope to resolve it within 15 working days but also stated that they would be in touch at least every ten days to let me know what was going on, and if nothing could be resolved within 45 days then I could contact the financial ombudsman service. So 45 days went by without anyone trying to contact me and I contacted the FOS who gave RACV another month to respond to the dispute, which again they didn't even bother, so now I wait for a resolution from the FOS while my vehicle still sits at the garage.

We have been looking to buy and the agent we were dealing with was always pretty slack when it came to replying to questions and requests to look at houses and had been wanting to sell our house for us, but after we decided to go through someone else to sell they became completely un-helpful when we wanted to look at a couple of their houses

We were wanting to look at a couple of houses they were selling but in the end gave up because the agent kept giving us the run around and wanted to spend half an hour talking about my house when all I wanted to do was look at one they had for sale. They are the worst agents I have dealt with.
