HBA provided a professional yet fun environment for my training course. Megan was a great trainer. She knew the material and trained in a highly proficient manner still with a sense of fun which provided for a relaxed atmosphere and a much easier learning environment.I would highly recommend HBA.

I would highly recommend the HBA Learning Centre if your looking to gain a qualification. I recently attended the Intensive 5 day course Cert IV Work Health and Safety. I found the course to be very helpful and was easily relate-able to my workplace. The facilitator was engaging, encouraging and supportive whilst i came to grip with returning to education for the first time in 20 years.

I was asked by our director to undertake a course in Workplace Health and Safety, specifically my cert. 4, so after researching registered training organisations, i found HBA. From the minute i enquired about the course, to the start date, i found HBA to professional, helpful and very accommodating to the ridiculous amount of questions i had. Undertaking the course this week, i am blown away by how well the course is designed, the high level of trainers (specifically Carmen!) and how well the course information gets related into everyday work practices.

I would recommend HBA to any students looking to undertake one of the courses they provide, as i will definitely be re-booking courses for myself and for my employees in the future!

First I would like to say HBA is a great place to undertake your TAE course. The customer service is great (Thanks Michael for all your help). Also, the course material is great, a lot of content but HBA provides endless support to help you complete the course. Julian was my trainer during the course. He superseded my exceptions, Julian goes above and beyond for his learners and offers in depth knowledge about the industry, pathways to future learning and much more. This is back up by his years of experience in presenting, facilitating learners at all levels and conducting him self in a professional and ethical manner. In my opinion, Julian is by far one of the best in the industry and I highly recommend attending the courses he presents. Thanks Julian, it was pleasure. I have never attended a course that was taught, structured and instructed as good as the one I participated in. I highly recommend the 5 day intensive course with Julian.

I recently completed my Cert IV TAE with Julian at HBA after learning I needed to gain this qualification quickly. I would not recommend trying to do it quickly, as there is a lot of work involved however Julian was incredibly supportive of where I was at. Prior to this, I had foolishly thought completing the qualification online would be an easy option and enrolled to do this, but quickly realised the only option is face to face.
HBA's materials are easy to read and follow, and Julian has had exceptional experience in the delivery and facilitation of this program. I cannot recommend the team at HBA highly enough!

I've just completed my Cert IV in TAE with the intensive 5 day course. It was a great and interesting course and Julian was an awesome presenter. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and paced the learning differently for each student. It was great to be surrounded by a diverse group of people for a variety of industries. I would recommend this course, trainer and provider to anyone interested in this course!!

due to all ready having done my Cert IV TAE10 i choose to stay and have a refresher with Julian it was excellent, the presentation was brilliant, Julian didn't favour anyone person, he was able to render assistance to anyone who required it. Julian all so had the knack of being able to just walk pas making comments on the move. Julian always had the Candidates position of being seated during the training that he allowed short breaks encouraging us to stand up, stretch, have a coffee, or a glass of water. I thank him for patience and effort put into achieving our results.

I Just completed cert IV TAE10 within 3 months from face to face delivery in September . I would recommend HBA for this qualification from my experience; I found Julian an exceptional trainer, patient, funny, down to earth & encouraging. Looking forward to new pathways in 2017 now!!
