The person we spoke to, Rory was very clear about what was on offer, explained difficult concepts very well, was not at all pushy and was respectful of our need to discuss what was being proposed before committing one way or another.

Do your homework and make sure you understand what you are getting. I contacted Choosewell and transferred my Health Insurance of 20 years to another provider based on their advice that I was getting the same level of cover for about $30 a month less. Reality was it was $60 a month more, They made it difficult to cancel the change and didn’t re instate my old cover which meant I was uninsured for about 10 days . Very stressful
