The star rating says it all.. I was tactfully lured into a insurance company without true comparison with my current insurer..

I had to compare the 2 insurers myself to decide that I was misled and therefore I had to cancel the insurer that Choosewell recommended. With my multiple cancellation requests, Choosewell didn't bother to reply or respond and that was quite unprofessional.

Overall a bad experience with Choosewell unfortunately.

The consultants recorded direct debit date of 28/9/2017 instead of 28/3/2017 would have left me uninsured if I had not checked to see the change over had gone smoothly.
Everything else went well until the changeover
So be vigilant and do not assume everything will be done for you!!!
