My enquiry was more informational but when Liz Trieu called me and explained what Choosewell did I was very interested. As we are pensioners looking for savings but also a good cover what Liz offered was very acceptable and saved us $50 per month with better cover. I am more than satisfied with her professionalism.

I am 68 years of age and decided to join a Private Health fund but had no idea where to begin. After submitting a request online to Choosewell I was contacted by a young man by the name of Max Molesworth from that Company yesterday. I explained my ignorance with regard to health insurance. He was the most patient, informative and understanding person I have dealt with in a very long time. He explained everything so clearly that at the conclusion of the conversation I fully understood the policy and why it was the one most suitable for me. If there were more people like Max in the workplace dealing with customers on the phone, especially the "not so young", it would make life so much simpler.
Jamie Hoyne provided excellent customer service. He was patient with my nervousness about changing from Medibank after being with them for many years. Jamie took time to explain the benefits offered by the proposed replacement providers. In future I will pay less monthly but receive higher limits for the services I use. Spoke with Kym today and got a great deal saving 800.00 per annum. After a long time with existing fund today we changed. Pretty painless and good outfit to deal with.
I was helped by Gary Sokolov. Very informative and helpful, a better cover for the same price. He's actually called time and gain to switch. I love the ease with which i could switch with electronic signatures etc. for the medicare rebate form.
Looks like I've got a much better deal for not too much extra money. Spoke to Eric Karaadac and was really happy with his excellent customer service. Let's see how the new health insurance wiil compare to the old one. So far - so good.
