BUTCHERS!!!! Particularly a female dentist in the Adelaide branch ... one of ONLY FOUR branches in the whole of Adelaide!!!! My daughter was SAVAGELY BRUTALIZED when she went in to have a simple clean. The dentist took NO care whatsoever ... despite moaning ... sinking further and further into the seat ... and repeatedly having to be PEELED OFF THE CEILING!!!!! It was a BLOOD BATH!!!! If you don't care about pain ... or BLEEDING TO DEATH as a dentist relentlessly GOUGES away at your gums ... or, if you don't care about having your kids TERRIFIED and swearing NEVER to go to another dentist again!!!! then these sadistic butchers are perfect for you! Just be sure to ring the blood bank to make sure they have plenty of your blood type in stock!!!!!

Consider carefully before joining Health Partners ! Firstly they have no dental facility convenient to residents in the eastern suburbs and hills regions. As a Mitcham Hills resident, I have the option of either their City or deep south Morphett Vale dental clinics, neither of which are convenient, particularly for an elderly member ! Secondly their member service is appalling. As an example, I phoned on 19/08/21 to make an appointment to see my dentist at the Morphett Vale clinic. The earliest date available was 18/10 at 11am. At 9am on that day when I was ready to go, I received a phonecall advising that my dentist wasn’t in and consequently another appointment had to be made. I was placed on the end of the appointments queue and informed that his next available time was the end of November. When I strongly complained, the staff member managed to find me a time on 17/11. This is 3 months after my original appointment contact ! It is totally unfair and indeed poor business practice for members to be placed at the end of the appointments queue through no fault of their own. Particularly when it comes to dental checkups which can result in serious consequences if not treated as a priority service ! Health Partners really do need to get their act together and show far more responsibility and consideration toward their members.

I have been with Health Partners as my health insurance provider for around 15 years, from single to married to family. They have always had a very competitive option for me and I have not felt the need to change as I can claim all reimbursement on the spot. They also have other benefits, such as cheap movie tickets and a quarterly magazine with great tips for improving health.

I have been a member of Health Partners for about 10 years and have never had a problems with them.

Premiums are quite reasonable for what you receive and they have great extras. They also own and operate their own dental surgeries and optical centres.

You also are covered for all emergency and non emergency ambulance unlike some health funds.

I have used Health Partners for over 15 years and been happy with their level of service and benefits. We primarily use the dental service, chemist discount, optical, physiotherapy and massage benefits.
