I had an issue where a lot of water was seeping up through the backyard. It was really sloppy to walk on and the kids couldn't play out there. My next door neighbour told me about his son's plumbing business. I got them out and he put it down to a storm water issue. I paid $100 for the call out. He told me to get some mates over and dig up the gravel pit and re-pipe all the storm water. He said for him to do it would cost me over $3000 Some time past and the water really started to stink! We could smell in from within the house. I called Armen out from Hi Flo. He took a look under the house and worked out that it had nothing to do with storm water! It was a sewer blockage! (How disgustingly embarrassing) What amazed me was his ability to find the sewer pipe! He put an eel down the pipe and went out into the backyard and listened for the blockage. Went to that point and dug EXACTLY where the problem was! Found the tree root and yanked it out. FIXED... Well, for now. He told me that I'd needed to replace all the broken pipe to stop this happening again... I let it go for a while and sure enough, it came back. This time I unblocked it myself, but finding that access point again? NOT EASY ! He's got a real nack for this kind of work... Totally recommend Armen from Hi Flo for all your plumbing needs. As a matter of fact, I'll have him back here in a month or two to repair that pipe and I WON'T BE CALLING ANYONE ELSE !!!
