I went here for an ultrasound. The front counter staff were friendly and the radiologist was friendly and helped make the procedure more comfortable. I did have to wait twenty five minutes for my appointment - at least the waiting area chairs were comfortable and there is a fenced in toddler/children's play area.

There is plenty of parking directly out front.

Overall, not a bad experience, however the long wait was a bit tedious.

I needed to have an ultrasound done but after a negative experience elsewhere I decided to try here. I got a park very easily there is parking at the front and the back of the building. My wait time was minimal and I was seen on time by very caring and friendly staff, I was given an USB stick for the ultrasound pictures, only downside for me was I had to pay for the ultrasound but I did receive some of the money back from medicare. There is a childrens play area in the waiting room which is a huge help to anyone with young kids who dont like waiting rooms.

I had to have a procedure done, and I was really frightened. The lady who took me to get changed was so sweet to me, trying to make me smile and relax. The nurse who did my IV was the same. Very understanding and reassuring.

My wait time was only 15 minutes, and it wasn't very busy so there was plenty of seating.

Enclosed play area for littlies and the standard tv to stare at whilst you wait.

I haven't been here but my family has. They do their job, they offer a lot of payment options, staff are friendly and inviting. If I'm ever in need, I'll be visiting!

i had to get an xray done and i didnt know where, one of my mates suggested high street x-ray
so i ended up going there, the reception ladies are very nice and try to amek an appointment to suit you.
The best thing is they ran on time so i wasnt left sitting in the waiting room for hours like you do at other places!
I will always go there in future now.

i actually turned up a week before my appointment by mistake but they were very understanding and fitted me in between other appointments. the staff are very friendly

I found the Dr's and technicians at High st X-ray to be very friendly and caring as I was to have a procedure done they made me feel as at ease as was humanly possible.

Desk staff friendly and helpful and also happy to help put me at ease. They also rang to change my appointment as one of the other Dr's had more experience with the procedure than the other, I Did very much appreciate that.

Public toilet is unisex.
Small gated play area for the kids, TV mounted on the wall. I have never had to wait very long in the waiting area that is large, sunny and roomy.

Disable parking out front also.

Overall, a good experience when attending Xray Clinic. Very long wait and very limited seating in waiting area. Huge amount of area in front room to wait. Does have a small kids play area but no other items to include a sense of comfort or friendliness. Staff were reasonably friendly and completed task well.
