That would be a zero if possible. My son had cold/covid symptoms on Friday so did the right thing and stayed home from school. Because of VCE attendance requirements, needed a certificate. Could not get an appointment on Friday. Clinic screening about covid symptoms stated he needed to do a telehealth for first available appointment on Saturday evening. Doctor then sent through a "Patient declaration" certificate saying my son "is stating he was unable to study ... due to a medical condition but was not seen by any doctor in this clinic." Reception staff said because he was not seen on Friday could not backdate certificate, but he still had mild symptoms on Saturday when did telehealth. Since when do you have to attend on first day of illness to get whole period covered by certificate? Especially when you can't get an appointment and when told by clinic not to attend in person so illness can be properly assessed. Very unhappy with implication my son fabricated his illness when our whole family has had it.

This Wednesday evening, 12/05/ I went to the clinic and I have been treated so rude and so disrespectful by the receptionist(young girl with long black hair) and particularly by the nurse ( tall blonde girl).
I have been beaten by a dog and I arrived in the clinic around 6;30 pm. I have been told that the only available GP is overbooked for the evening and that he cant see patients. Except that they even didn't bother asking the doctor to see me and there were no patients in the waiting room, it was empty. The nurse was snacking while chatting with the receptionists. The nurse was advising me to go to the closest emergency which is in Heidelberg.
Firstly the opening hrs on their website says 7:00 am-8:00pm on Wednesday. I am also a recent cancer patient ,but there was no empathy or consideration on their behalf.
At then end I was asked very rudely to leave .I cant believe, how they treated me, I have been a patient for over 10 years in this clinic and my current GP is amazing but when it comes to their nursing or admin staff they can do much better.
I will further complain to the Australian Medical Association. regarding the incident .They don't even deserve one star review but I didn't have a 0 option.

Dr Juri Erenbots is the rudest, most condescending, and inconsiderate doctor I have ever met. He is unwilling to throughly diagnose problems and he acts like a person who does not want to be there. After 50 years in medical practice, it's time for him to retire because he clearly doesn't care about prospective patients. The clinic used to be a handy back up option but it is clear that I should stick to my regular GP at all costs. At least my normal GP is emphatic and knows how to diagnose problems properly.

Very bad. Went their for work cover. The doctor refuses to put on cert of capicity or pass onto my work any info on managing my injury says they need to send him forms to do this. He doesn't know how to fill out the forms correctly and says any admin errors WC will take care of. These are legally binding documents. They need to be done correctly. Very frustrating. Have nothing to pass onto my work. Have to go somewhere else now which will be difficult finding a provider to sort this mess out and my work are confused.

Hello, I have been attending the High St medical and Dental center in Preston since the month it opened.
I work for the Department of Human Services as a disability support worker in supported accommodation last night at work I was verbally and physically assaulted by another staff member . I came to you for support telling you I wanted to take stress leave as I didn't feel comfortable working there at the moment . Sorry too much paper work I was told .
I'm appalled at your service tonight as generally this is a good practise. S. D.

My husband and I have visited this medical centre on several occasions when living in the nearby area.

We did not have a regular doctor, but we would see whoever was on duty at the time. We found the doctors to be polite, professional and easy to deal with.

There is onsite small pharmacy which was very convenient as we did not have to go elsewhere to get our prescription filled.

Its a good sized medical centre and lots of sofas to sit on and wait. The TV would be on showing a free to air program to keep you occupied.

Good thing is that they accepted bulk billing via medicare
