That would be a zero if possible. My son had cold/covid symptoms on Friday so did the right thing and stayed home from school. Because of VCE attendance requirements, needed a certificate. Could not get an appointment on Friday. Clinic screening about covid symptoms stated he needed to do a telehealth for first available appointment on Saturday evening. Doctor then sent through a "Patient declaration" certificate saying my son "is stating he was unable to study ... due to a medical condition but was not seen by any doctor in this clinic." Reception staff said because he was not seen on Friday could not backdate certificate, but he still had mild symptoms on Saturday when did telehealth. Since when do you have to attend on first day of illness to get whole period covered by certificate? Especially when you can't get an appointment and when told by clinic not to attend in person so illness can be properly assessed. Very unhappy with implication my son fabricated his illness when our whole family has had it.

Our credit card charged twice, now I see same has happened to others (see
other reviews and http://www.reverseaustralia.com/lookup/0390958399/). Have
emailed three times and rung at least four times asking for refund, they
promise to pass it on, ring back etc, but no one gets back to me, now it's
a month later. Have reported to scamwatch and consumer affairs. Under
Australian consumer law companies like this that contact you by phone
selling advertising are obliged to provide you with a written contract
informing you of a 10 day cooling off period. If they do not, as they
didn't for us despite me specifically asking for details of what exactly we
had bought, the cooling off period extends to 6 months and you can cancel
the contract as we have now done and get a full refund. We were intially
told we had bought space in newspaper and ad would also be included on two
websites. Then we were sent an email offering us a "special deal" to
advertise on same websites. Were also sent multiple invoices for these
services we had already paid for (twice!!). Please contact Consumer Affairs
to stop them doing it to others if you have also been duped by these
people. I wonder how much they have made double charging people and sending
invoices which others may have paid without realising they had already paid
for the "service". We were also told that paper would be printed about a
week ago and we would be sent a copy. Have received nothing....
