Everytime we go to Hog's Breath there are not a lot of patrons - maybe it is just the time we go - but this has been random times: lunch, dinner, weekday, weekend. So, not sure if that says anything about the place. However, I find the meals a little bit pricier than average, although the meals are consistent in quality, taste and look. We usually order a steak, burger and kids meal. The food is tasty. I think service is ok - there is one attendant assigned to your table. If lucky, the attendant will be pleasant. On one or two occasions our attendant was not.

I found a bug in my meal :( but service was great and friendly, the drinks were far too overpriced though. but generally a nice place to eat

A visit to Hog's Breath Cafe is a wonderful experience. Their meals are very filling and overly delicious, well worth the cost. Their food never fails to impress me and i love the decor. It is fun and whimsical.
The staff are fantastic.

I didn't know much about the restaurant when I went in but the help of their friendly staff was greatly appreciated and will definitely be returning. The food was of great quality but a little costly, something you wouldn't have too frequently but great when you do have it.

I like eating here as the food is good and the staff are nice if you want to change something in you order. It is a great family place to eat!

We usually go to this place as it is easy and familiar. Still laughing about the waitress not knowing what 'kahlua' is and had to show her on the cocktails list.

Took my husband and children + family friend there for a celebration.

Waited for a very long time for the meals to arrive, and when they did, they were not brought together, so people had to start eating before others received their meals.

Food was returned to the kitchen THREE TIMES as it was absolutely cold to the touch.

When I finally complained to the manager, he was very nice and polite, but did absolutely nothing.

We have visited Hogs Breath restaurants all over Australia (Port Macquarie being the absolute greatest!!!), and the Castle Hill store would have to be one of the worst restaurants we have ever been to in our entire lives.

Absolutely ruined my husband's celebration and we will definitely not even think about returning - ever. Have definitely warned others off that particular restaurant.

The only redeeming quality about this restaurant is the Hogs fries. The service is slow and unwelcoming, and the food is often cold and comes out late. I try to avoid this restaurant as much as possible.

we went here for my sisters birthday and I will never be going back again. the service was horrible and when we finally got our meals, my partners burger was still cold in the middle as the meat was not properly cooked. They were slow the whole night and we just wanted to get out of there.

Food was tasty and a great value for the amount you get. Steaks and Ribs are very good, as well as their fish options. Service was polite and quick as to be expected. Something for everyone here.
