AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. If you ever find yourself in this part of Australia you must stop and get yourself a treat from this store. You will never regret it. The shop does not look like much from the out side but like they say don't judge a book by its cover. The pies are amazing, thier cakes are amazing everything is amazing. I only get to stop at this store twice a year and its just bot enough. The service is also outstanding.

A Must stop shop if your heading through this country little town. We have been here several times on our long road trips through and this place never dissapoints. The pies are so good i can not compare these to anyone and the apple turnovers are so good we always grab a couple extra for the road. The only down side is on the school holiday times this place is so popular that every one seems to stop to grab lunch. Get in early so you dont get left disappointed.

Always the best part of a road trip to Qld - a warm welcoming bakery that lets you drool on their windows - the pies are awesome and the vanilla slice is hard to beat - custard tarts rock too - wish they weren't so far away.

Another stop over for a lunch. Bought a bushmans pie, one vienna tart, one gluten free piece of strawberry cheese cake and one small bottle of water. $16 plus. Places to sit and eat, no special sourdough breads. Very popular for tourist trade and locals but too expensive for the quality. The bushmans pie was tasty full not to salty and had small amounts of veg. The service was exemplary. This place fills on the weekends. I am glad to see a business in a quiet town doing so well but would like to see a bit of up skilling in their pastry quality and bread lines

This is a must-stop venue on the Hume Hwy!

We were driving from Canberra to Melbourne, and were in the mood for some baked goods. My wife and I both had a curry pie, which was an excellent choice at a good bakery price.

For dessert, she had the Vanilla Slice, which was very nice. However, I had the Lemon Meringue Pie, which was AWESOME.

Even once the bypass goes around Holbrook, we'll be passing through to ensure we get a good stock-up of baked goods from here!
