Hollywood nails at Doncaster provide a great service. The ladies work hard and do a good job. Both Helen and sue are great. Lovely salon and pleasant. I find I also appreciate the suggestions by the staff. Always complimented on my hands now thanks to the service here.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews.?
The girls were absolutely amazing and kind to me. They used %100 real product. They did my nails exactly how I wanted them and we had a great laugh together. For the past year I have been travelling to Essendon to get my nails done as I’m very fussy with mine, and I live in doncaster east, so it is a lengthy drive but again im very fussy when it comes to my nails and don’t trust many nail salons. I’m so happy that I found a place where they do exactly what I want with the best customer service. I’ve had my abs on with fake tips for 2 weeks now and their staying strong. Going to have to disagree with all the reviews I’ve read. I give these ladies at doncaster a 10/10 :)

SOOO rude, [redacted] they are abrupt & treat you very poorly. They use inferior products, they say they use SNS & they do but not entirely, they mix it up with another name brand. you pay top prices !! I Put in a dent in my nail right at the end when they were drying & she literally kicked us out saying "were closed come back tomorrow" Horrible don't waste your money! I'm really not sure why they have such a monopoly on the nail business, they should be welcoming & accommodating instead they treat you like your the idiot wasting their time!! Will never go back to them EVA!!

Not a good place to go if you actually want your nails to stay on. I got acrylics done here and two of them fell off within 3 days. Their work is not good quality, and the language barrier, as other reviewers have stated, is a problem. I also find it rude when they laugh and talk in their own language all the time. It makes you wonder if they are talking about their customers.

I agree with the reviews here, the girls do not speak English well and the quality of the work is doubtful. I had SHellac nails done which is suppose to last 2 weeks + but mine chipped in 5 days.

This was one of the worst places I have ever been to. I got shellac - my nails weren't properly prepared and they weren't under the UV lights for long enough and the shellac chipped within 2 days. I went back for a replacement and they were so unhelpful and rude and offered to repair them only. The repair was lumpy (as you would expect with nail polish painted over chips), and after I complained they refused to do anything else. They ended up making me pay for a complete re-do (half price) which is inappropriate and illegal under victorian law. DONT GO HERE>>> AVOID THIS PLACE, its HORRIBLE

While the box hill store is absolutely rude and bad quality this particular store is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum, with GREAT quality for reasonable prices

Poor communication as the staff especially the girl that was doing my nails could hardly speak English. She didn't do a great job with shaping my nails and the nail polish was of poor quality that started to chip of the next day.
