We just love our new Hoselink Hosereel. Over the years we have purchased other brands, and not the cheap ones either! Hoselink is far more superior. It has that "ease of use" over the others. The delivery was excellent. Infact we couldn't believe how quick the delivery was. Our intention is to replace the other 2 hosereels we have when we can.

I was disappointed my sprayer took so long as it was badly needed while there was little rain but it will be very good for next year.
Extremely sorry you experienced a delay in delivery on this occasion. Our warehouse work super hard to ensure all products are dispatched from our warehouse as quickly as possible, however if there are promotions and trade shows running at the same time, this can cause a few delays. We have purchased many items from hose link over the past years and found them all to be 100% quality. Though we live in semi rural Western Australia the service and delivery is as if the were in the nearest town, not the other side of the country.
