Even though the price was slightly more than the average "hose" (and I put that word in inverted commas for a reason!) at the end of the day, the old adage of "you get what you pay for" rings true. This is a quality product at a reasonable price. Ours was initially faulty so sent an email outlining the issues, expecting to get a reply in a day or so as it was the weekend. That afternoon we received a reply of troubleshooting and alternatives and when these did not work, we had a replacement hose within days. The service is incomparable. The company Australian. The product true blue quality. I read in one of the other reviews "what company does such wonderful service". I totally agree. These people are fantastic at what they do and I wish them all the best - and to resist any overseas bids on takeover bids! Thank you Sally. Thank you Hoselink. My delivery went missing. Hoselink staff were very helpful and followed up with Australia Post on our behalf. Aus Post said they had delivered it but Hoselink replaced it anyway. Thank you Hoselink.

Product and service are best bar none. Hose is the best I have ever used and the service is prompt friendly and extremely helpful. I placed my order after Christmas and received their expert service instantly.

Hoselink is a must for any gardener as their products are just
excellent. I started purchasing the Ned Kelly starter Kit and was very impressed with the no burst fittings.
The customer service is also fantastic, any questions are
answered very quickly I have been back many times to buy
more items, i.e. the 3-in-1 Claw weeder. One of the sprongs
cracked and after I complained I received a complete set of 4 sprongs within a few day's for free, no questions asked.
I also purchased the New 20 m Auto Rewind Hose reel with a second bracket, now I am using the Hose Reel in the front and back garden, very easy to do.
Next was the Blazer XL rechargeable LED Torch with 300 Lumen after I have seen a Torch like that a lot more expensive on the Internet, it works really good.
I have purchased a lot more from Hoselink and I am happy
with all of their products. I feel safe with this Company, they no what quality and old fashioned service means

I have been using products from Hoselink for a number of years and have found them to be of exceptional quality and value. I also love the fact that it is a family owned business and an Australian company. The customer service is just amazing and I wish all companies operated like this one. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. My elderly mother had just purchased a retractable hose only to have it stolen within 3 weeks. I contacted Hoselink to suggest that perhaps they could look at putting a lock or something that would prevent it being taken even though it is meant to be portable. I was offered another hose at half price with no freight cost. Can you imagine that? What company does that these days. That's just good old fashioned service. What else can I say.
