Very fast delivery (premie nappies delivered overnight). Gives great peace of mind if we do accidently run out of nappies that we can get some delivered asap. Great customer service. I put in a wrong order and they were on the phone to me that evening to check and make sure all was correct (I guess they must get a bit of that from sleep deprived parents)! Far easier than buying through the supermarkets - delivered to our door, and cheaper. Definately a repeat customer!

Prompt delivery, although delivery(startrack) company left item outside my house which is not nappy palace's fault. Even got trial nappies! Very happy and will order items from them again! Highly recommended!
