Great place to go. Love going here to get away n watch a movie. Staff is always polite n always answer questions if asked. Always clean. Posters are always up to date.

Was looking forward to catching a late movie with hubby and friends. $16 for a bottle of water and 2 ice creams, almost fell over. Got into the movie theatre to almost step on a mouse. Spent the rest of the movie waiting for a mouse to run up my leg

A rainey Sunday lunch time we visited, with a que of people waiting at both the ticket box and the candy bar on it was obvious why we werent moving, becuase they did not have enough staff on. Only on person serving in the normal ticket box. The seat allocation process all slows things down alot. The chairs in the cinema's are dirty and broken and the toilets need cleaning mor regularly. Wow nothing has changed since my last visit over 6 months ago. Very disappointing. That said the screen was clear and the sound good.

My first visit to Westfield Cannington and was looking forward to some shopping and a movie. After a few computer glitches last month my movie membership was ready to go and a free ticket was supposed to be waiting. But after arguing the point with the ticket seller the manager resolved the issue. Finally someone willing to put in the extra effort to solve the problem rather than send me away unhappy. A bucket of popcorn later and I thoroughly enjoyed my free movie and will not have any future dramas with my card. Thankyou for nice, relaxing day off.

The self-serve machines are GREAT... I always use them! The layout of the cinemas is good and I REALLY appreciate the cleanliness of the cinemas and toilets. The man who takes the tickets as you walk in is always friendly and tells us to 'enjoy the movie'

La Premiere is very nice, food is good and staff are polite and helpful; having the option of cake and coffee rather than traditional movie candy bar food is good; toilets could be cleaner though

Love the cinema experience and this Hoyt's is great. Big comfy seats. Have had a few minor hassle's with films gone wrong but they have always been happy to refund.
