The ladies there are really helpful and give a 'community feel' as they remember your name and actually chat to you as you are checking out. Love to feel that you are a valued customer!

We have ordered a meal there THREE times and gone home to eat it... only to find that they haven't gotten it right... and the burgers had half the cheese falling off of it... not to mention there was half a container of chips instead of a full one. All this is annoying but would have been okay if they had offered any compensatinon... which they didn't. Hmmm... not impressive

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am pregnant and they were quick to inform me that what I ordered had ingredients that were no recommended for pregnant women... very thank-ful for that! Not many businesses know their products so well!

I love this Dymocks. It is not nearly as cramped as other that I've been to... there is actually room to browse! The service is really friendly and the shelves are laid out nicely.

The self-serve machines are GREAT... I always use them! The layout of the cinemas is good and I REALLY appreciate the cleanliness of the cinemas and toilets. The man who takes the tickets as you walk in is always friendly and tells us to 'enjoy the movie'

I REALLY adore the self-serve check-outs!!! They actually have enough at Big W, Midland to really be useful to customers. The store is really well laid out and has a really good beauty section and a fantastic baby section.

The service, quality, and value is all fairly average. The fruit and veg area is a bit of a disappointment as it is not very well stocked and often quite dirty. I do LOVE the self-serve check-out though!

Love this shop! I bought my own wedding jewellery there and they offered a discount for the whole wedding party! My bridesmaids and I all still wear our jewellery and I really enjoy still shopping there.

Always has great deals. The quality and variation of the clothes is far superior to other shops. Really enjoy the personalized service offered in Cannington.
