We've lived here for almost 5 years and it's the first time we didn't get a swimming pool on our front yard after a night of heavy rain. Thanks Andrew.
Andrew was amazing to work with - friendly, courteous, on time, nothing is too hard. We would give 10 stars if we could.
Andrew was highly recommended by a friend when we asked for someone to check all my storm water pipes. We were expecting it to be a huge job. Andrew came and inspected the drains. Then, provided options for a full fix or partial fix and took the time to explain the pros and cons of both. We appreciated the fact that he didn't quote the biggest job he could knowing that we were prepared for a huge job.
We wouldn't use any other plumber now!
Andrew's communication and reliability was very good. He installed a new kitchen tap and fixed some ongoing problems with two other sets of taps - at a reasonable price. We will definitely use Andrew's services again.
I was very impressed with Andrew's service. I called him to investigate a leak and he came the same day. Andrew was very thorough, checking and rechecking the area to ensure nothing was missed. He took photos and put his findings in writing for me so that I could provide it to third-parties. I was also very happy with the cost of his service and will call him again for any plumbing requirements. Thanks Andrew!
