Absolute crap.
Meant to be 1-2 days delivery Sydney metro. Still waiting 3.5weeks later. Now company saying maybe lost in transit however hunter express has no way of contacting them about the parcel they have on board. The worst customer service.
The worst delivery company.
Not worth wasting your money

These guys damaged my freight. I paid extra for their insurance and now they won't get back to me about claiming that insurance. I have been chasing this for two weeks. It's fraud if you are charging for a service and then not actually providing that service. There is no phone number to ring only an email to send to. Don't waste your time with this company

Delivered half my package. No obvious contact number. Had to find on word of mouth. Then they sent me through 6 different robots to end up on a page where an option is 'not receiving all of your delivery' only to play some automatic voice mail on how it happens and it's not their problem so contact person who sent the package since they will have the tracking info. Like, why wouldn't you have all the info? Garbage.

There is nothing express about Hunter Express at all.
Definately would not recommend this company at all. Absolutely useless and the customer service staff are a disgrace. An item was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Called with no ETA for delivery then the next day was scanned as on board for delivery. within an hour was returned to the depot undelivered. Called again to find out why it wasn't delivered to be told it will be delivered tomorrow. The next day was still not delivered. Called again with no ETA it may be delivered next week. This item has been in your local warehouse for over a week. WHY SHOULD I PAY OVER $200 COURIER FEE FOR SOMETHING THAT CANT BE DELIVERED WITHIN A WEEK OF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME and with no help from the company I will be processing a chargeback on the payment.

Absolute rubbish, been waiting since 07/01/2022 for a delivery and it is now 22/02/2022, firstly delivering 1 out of 2 items late then just last Thursday received an email saying it had been delivered and signed for by “Jack” my name is Josh… and just had a look around the house in case I missed it but I’m pretty sure I’d notice a bright red kayak. Paid $200 delivery fee

The services offered by Hunter express deserves no Star.
First the items arrived later than estimated due to logistics issues as I was told. Whenever I called their Customer service number, no help or information about my item is provided.
Finally, I received an email that the item was out for delivery and after two days I had still not received it. On the third day after receiving 'out for delivery' email, I saw my item at the front of my house with an anonymous note from someone on my street saying "It was dropped off at the wrong address without knocking on their door". (thanks to the good neighbors on my street).
It would be good if they have a system that sends message (SMS) to advice customers that parcels have been delivered.

Hunter Express is the worst courier service in Australia.
Ordered a product in Amazon and it was expected to be delivered on a certain date by Hunter Express . But they misdirected the package from one city to another and I had to call the customer service every day to check the status of the package. I understand mistake happens but even after that, when the item came back to the city where it needs to be delivered, they kept the package with them. They were not expediting the process as they have made the mistake. I called them multiple times to fast track the delivery as it is back in the city, but they were not willing to deliver it sooner. Hunter Express is the worst courier service I had ever dealt with .

This is a truly terrible delivery company. They lost a bed frame I ordered in July. It eventually turned up / they delivered it to a different part of my apartment building.

This time, I ordered two rugs from Miss Amara. Over a month later, I finally received one of them, but the first one is still missing.

It’s simply not good enough.

I bought a king size bed and mattress from Tommy Swiss and I had one of the worst delivery experience in my life with the shipping company that Tommy Swiss is using "Hunter Express".

Terrible delays, worst customer service and delivery persons ever! The delivery was postponed for several days and no one is willing to give you an update, you contact Tommy Swiss they direct you to contact Hunter Express and vice versa.

Also, the order was delivered on 3 different shipments on different dates.

All that besides that the delivery guy left the bed frame on the natural kerb outside my house.. which could have been taken by anyone if I'm not home.

Just AVOID THEM.
