Our experience with them was little more than daylight robbery and it’s obvious many others have experienced similar situations of being charged over $100 call-out fee only to have the problem remain unresolved.

I know there aren’t many reviews on small local sites so you HAVE TO read their google reviews! Our experience is not uncommon.

I unfortunately did not look at their google reviews first and made the costly mistake of hiring them. Don’t make the same mistake.

Have called on these guys a few times to repair different appliances. Most recent job was this week to repair an oven. This was a particularly involved repair because multiple parts had failed on what is an old oven. The service man went out of his way to come back today to install a part that he didn't have readily on hand yesterday. In short, I simply wouldn't call on anyone else for a whitegood appliance repair, because I have always found the staff at this business to be prompt, efficient, courteous and repairs are reasonably priced.

I went to these guys after trying several other places when my oven element blew, and several of he cooktop elements played up. One of the other places assured me that the problem lay with the elements themselves and required replacing. When I went to Hunter Valley Whitegoods they asked me what the problem was and immediately told me it was with the switches and not the element (a cheaper fix).
They were also cheaper compared to the other places I tried, and they also went through how to change them with me.
The ladies were not only extremely helpful they were also extremely nice, and willing to have a chat.
The service and expertise was great, and I'm very glad I found this shop. They not only sell spares but whitegoods as well, and service them too.
I would highly recommend these guys for sales, service and repairs. Very happy, and the stove is working perfectly too.

I had an oven repaired, and they'll be coming to fix my cooktop later in the week. The people there are friendly and affordable. They focus on getting in as quickly as possible to fix your problem. They get it done with a minimum of fuss, and a maximum of friendly personality. They don't cost that much to get out either. No job so far has been too big.
