I used these guys on the basis of good reviews however didn't sand behind the door near where I had a door knob changed. Instead of telling me to get the ceiling fixed first painted on a dodgey ceiling
Didn't use no more gaps to fill a space between the built in cupboard and the wall and had to comome back
Were verbally abusive would only quote by looking at photos. Then spelt a drop of paint on my newly polished floor and tried to blame other people's work. When I know for certain it was Ipaint. I would NEVER use them again

Brad quoted on repainting the majority of the externals on a 75 town house complex for us. His quote was very flexible and included extras not thought of by others. Brad and his team completed the job 3 weeks ahead of schedule with daily updates on their progress. He managed to interact well with others trades who were involved in gutter cleaning at the same time. The professionalism of this team came to the fore when dealing with some troublesome elements in the complex. The overall work has resulted in an excellent finish and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My Mum had her back patio painted by iPaint. She asked for a green/grey colour. The colour they put down didn't look green at all. The contractor assured Mum it would turn greener when dry. It hasn't. She emailed them and they've agreed to come fix it, but subsequent emails to arrange a day have resulted in silence. If they return our emails and come fix it I'd rate them higher, but at this stage feeling like the silence is not good customer service, so hence the low rating.

Repainting 2-brm apartment (Newstead). Ceiling in bathroom was a flaky mess. Brad did an excellent job, was on time and very happy with quote. Very professional with excellent communication.

Fixing up a house after a careless tenant and getting my house ready for sale, Brad and his team were unbelievable, working on the weekend as the job needed to be done ASAP, working alongside me as I continued to do the painting I could do and also doing some other odd jobs around the place and giving me great painting and renovating advice. As an extra, Brad tore up my carpets and took them to the tip at no extra cost. Can't get that sort of service from a carpetting company! Can't get that kind of service anywhere these days! Not only that but Brad and his team were so friendly and entertaining, it made a tedious day of painting much more fun for me. AND his quote came in $500 under another tradesman (who offered no extras). Happy client here and I'd recommend them any day and will certainly have them back for future jobs.

We were fixing up an ex-rental queenslander replica for sale after careless tenants left dents and holes in walls, and other damage inside and out. Feeling a need to get a second quote we sought advice from Dulux in Indooroopilly. Thankfully they recommended Brad from iPaint to provide a quote.

Quality - We knew we were onto a good thing when Brad came the next day, quoted in writing that night, specifying every aspect of the job very professionally including surfaces to be painted, preparation to be completed, coats to be applied, time to complete project, cost and payment schedules, warranty, acceptance and references. From the moment we accepted the quote this quality company delivered exactly what they promised and more. At the open for inspections, everyone is telling the agent what a good paint job it is, and we have already had good offers for the property. This is partially because Brad wasn't satisfied with our instructions to repaint the property in the original colours, which he felt dated the property, and recommended we update to more modern colours.

Value - It turned out that iPaint are so efficient that we were able to paint the whole wooden house inside and out excluding the side walls.

This is because iPaint was roughly half the cost for the scope compared to other quotes. This is due to efficient use of resources across multiple projects, modern techniques such as spraying ceilings instead of rolling, and a talented and dedicated work team.

Service - We were in Brisbane for less than a month, and wanted the work done by June 30. Brad was able to start on the following Monday, spent 3 days doing the inside and 2 days on the outside, being out by Friday. Brad kept us informed so that we were able to work around the house on other chores while the painting was going on.

This timing is even more impressive when you know that the team took off all the fittings - exhaust fans, light fittings, switches to avoid spatter - and cleaned them like new before replacing them after the paint job.

The property was left almost spotless after the job was completed. A couple of little things were forgotten but Brad rectified these immediately on request.

After the bill was paid, Brad even came back to paint the front coachlight at no extra cost after I asked him for the external colour to match.

This was a rare experience for us of a very customer-focussed small business in Qld and we have no hesitation in recommending iPaint to anyone in Brisbane needing a painter.
