I think the owner has changed since the previous reviewer's experience (2008) as my experience was quite different. The owners were helpful and friendly and completed the service efficiently and on time, the bike seemed fine.
The advice and expertise here was certainly a really big positive. Same amazing bikes here too. Also as a woman, first time I walked into a bike store feeling like they had something for me. Totally different then the previous owner. Yay!

I didn't have a great experience here. The man who served me both times didn't seem very interested. I went to get a bike service and he promised my bike would be ready first thing monday morning. I turned up first thing, and had to wait half an hour as he was late. And then, he had forgotten to service my bike. I had to wait another day and when I did get my bike back, it didn't seem like it had been serviced very well. I've also gone in to query my brakes and he fiddled around with them but did not fix the problem.
