What a huge store, it has everything bigger than coles and woolies too! Great savings on specials and great selections! Can be busy at the register but moves quickly.

Fabulous service and cheap prices always - IGA Doonside is the place to be! I am always particularly stricken by the surprising attractiveness of the staff, namely a fascinating dark-haired girl with devilish luring nails who once served me with a constant smile on her face. I assume she was Mauritius.

Every time I shop at Doonside IGA I always get great customer service with a smile and the price are always competitive. The managers specials are value for money and the fruits and vegetables are sold at a reasonable price and the quality is fresh and of high standards. They also have a discounting system where you can get the price of your shopping reduced when you present a petrol receipt and if you are a pensioner you also get a further discount.

I am a pensioner, and this supermarket offers a fantastic variety of Fruit and Vegetables, Meat, Seafood, Delicatessen, Bakery, Dairy and general food items, they offer pensioners a discount on Thursday & Friday each fortnight and if you take your petrol receipt showing the liters bought they give you a discount off your shopping of 4c if you spend under $50 and 8c if you spend over $50. This is an added bonus and everything you save helps but more food.

Approximate cost: $50/fortnight
