From 1st walking into the showroom we were greeted like we were a special couple & were shown & explained the differences between the security doors on offer.
At no point were we pressured to buy.
Moving forward, measurement & installation went smoothly.
We did encounter a small problem with the door squeaking, with it being adjusted with no problems encountered.

I had several doors and windows done with Invisi Gard 316 stainless steel security mesh. It was a pleasure to deal with Nick and the staff at Illusion Flyscreens. They provided good advice, their dealings were straightforward, they stuck to the schedule, listened when there was a small problem, and returned to make everything perfect, without any fuss.

I dropped in on Nick at the IFSD office in Rowville and he talked me through the types of fly screens, the cost estimate and likely timing of the installation once ordered. It worked out perfectly. One of their staff came to my house (at the scheduled time) and used a laser to measure the windows. I had 8 new screens installed a couple of weeks later. Brilliant! Thanks Nick and team.

This is the second time we have used this company to make and install some retractable screens and again we have nothing but praise for Illusion Flyscreens & Security Doors. Matt the installer was prompt and very efficient in his measurements and installation of our screens.
