Having our three flyscreen doors installed for several months, we are very happy for the service and quality offered in general. There was indeed a small problem with the stacked door screen, we sent an email with video footage to after sales service, the office manager Tonia was extremely helpful. Firstly she discussed the fix options according to the video, once we realised can not be done then she sent worker to come to our home at the earliest available time, and rectify the problem completely. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know who need to install fly screen and security doors.

The product seems to be of good quality and the installers were great, the real let down is the lack of communication from the office. From the very start, all the way to the final install (and many issues in-between) you just simply cannot get ahold of anyone in the office, I've lost count of the phone calls and emails sent etc. to eventually get a reply.
When the guys came to install our screens and doors, over half the products were the incorrect size, as the installers left I asked what happens now and they said the office will contact me. I waited 2 weeks and nothing, so we started chasing them again. The final install went a treat thanks to the installer, he knew what he was doing and made a painful process less painful.

We google reviewed the company before choosing to go with them and based on all the great reviews, we thought this would be a great company to have install our security screens/doors. Honestly our experience could not be further from those reviews, I don't know how so many people have had a positive experience.

This is the second flyscreen for french doors that we've purchased from Illusion Screens. Another great job. Can't fault their reliability and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Illusion are reliable and reasonably priced. The quote and installation were quick, on time and professional. The flyscreen is excellent! I would certainly use them again.
